A Warm, Nurturing Environment
To provide a safe, positive and caring environment where children feel secure and valued.

Where Montessori is taught with depth, not as a label.
For over twenty years, these principles continue to shape everything we do.
To provide a safe, positive and caring environment where children feel secure and valued.
To foster respect, kindness, and cooperation among children and adults.
To nurture curiosity and a love for learning, while preparing children for future challenges.
To support the natural curiosity and creativity within every child.
We strive to provide quality education and a positive learning environment to help children grow into confident and independent individuals with hearts of kindness and compassion.
Gloria founded LittleSparks Montessori in 2006 with a strong belief — that every child deserves to be seen, understood, and guided at their own pace.
Today, she continues to be actively involved in the classrooms, engaging with children and supporting teachers. Trained in early childhood education and the Montessori method, she has shaped LittleSparks into a school where Montessori is practised with integrity, and where every child is known and valued as an individual.
This belief continues to guide the school — that every child deserves to be supported, respected, and nurtured in their learning journey.
“I started this school because I wanted my own children to have somewhere like it. Twenty years later, I’m still here for that same reason.” — Gloria, Founder & Director

Twenty years on, LittleSparks is still rooted in Siglap — and still family-run.
Gloria opens a single classroom at Bowmont Centre, Siglap — no grand plan, just a belief that every child deserves to be seen.
A sister branch opens in Pune, India — carrying LittleSparks beyond Singapore for the first time.
LittleSparks Kembangan opens in Singapore, bringing authentic Montessori closer to more families.
Through the pandemic, we refocus fully on home — four units in Siglap.
20 years on. Our anniversary giving goes to the Children’s Cancer Foundation.
The belief that started it all still guides us today — every child deserves to be seen, heard, and supported.
Twenty years on, these are the principles we still live by — the ones that turn a preschool into a place children genuinely love to be.
Children learn through understanding, not memorisation — building strong foundations that last a lifetime.
Curiosity is encouraged. Children observe, question, and discover — making learning meaningful.
Children engage with hands-on materials that build real concepts and skills for life.
Every child is valued and supported, regardless of their ability, pace or background.
Strong communication and collaboration with parents ensure the best support for each child.
Every child is respected as an individual — their voice, effort, and growth matter.
A tribute filmed by alumni and the parents who trusted us with their children — kind words, familiar faces, and a glimpse of the community that has grown around our little school over the years.
